1/ AgCN:

White powder containing 80% or more silver is used with cyanogen because it does not dissolve in water. The highly pure silver cyanide and can be used for plating in a wide range of temperatures and concentrations.
It is widely used in various silver plating types as its easily handled.

2/ KAg(CN)2: 

White crystal powder contains 54% or more silver. It can be dissolved in water or alcohol for use. It is mainly used in the fast plating of semiconductor lead frames.

This product offers fast elution and high conductivity as well as adhesiveness, while leveling is excellent. It is widely used in semi-gloss plating and alloy plating.

3/ KAu(CN)2 :

White powder with 68% or more silver is dissolved in water or alcohol for use.

This product does not generate free KOH, thereby offering excellent soldering and welding during plating. Its high resistance, electrical conductivity and contact resistance mean that it is widely used for various types of metallic plating.
